Shipping

All orders will be shipped Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service (USPS). All orders are processed within 24 hours and will be shipped within 1-3 business after payment is complete.

Payments

All major credit cards are accepted via Pay Pal. Please note that you do not need a Pay Pal account to make a purchase. However, if you do have a Pay Pal account you can use it to make purchases as well.
If your payment is declined by your credit card company your order will be cancelled.

Please note: Beach Mountain Soaps is not responsible for any additional fees charged by your Credit Card Company or payment processing company for purchases made with us.

Terms and conditions

All of our products are handcrafted in small batches. This means that when you purchase from us that the items will not be identical/uniform as it would be with commercially mass produced items. The color, weight and scent may be slightly different from batch to batch. Although we make every effort to keep consistency in each batch they do come out different.
Because our products are handcrafted they do not contain the shelf stable chemicals that extends the shelf life of products. To extend the life of all bath bars please keep dry and stored away from water when not being used.

If you have known allergies to any ingredients used in any of our products do not use it. If you knowingly use a product and it contains an ingredient that you are allergic to, we are not responsible for any reactions that occur. If any irritation, rashes or other reactions occurs discontinue use immediately. We are not responsible for any misuse of our products.

Our goal is to provide our customers the highest quality products and customer service. If there has been a mistake on our part, and you are not completely satisfied with our products please contact us immediately so that we can resolve any issues you may have as soon as possible.

Refunds

Please note, because of health and sanitary reasons, we are unable to issue refunds or exchange products. Please make certain that you are ordering the correct item before completing your order.
